Wayne Ginn Vice President of International Operations Mr. Ginn joined Open Solutions from Misys Retail Banking, where he was CEO. Misys is one of the top 200 companies in the United Kingdom and one of the largest companies supplying applications software outside of North America. Before Misys, he was creator and president of Globalfi's European division, a niche business that assists IT vendors and their customers in improving relationships, productivity, customer satisfaction and profitability.
Prior to Globalfi, he was senior vice president of European-based System Access, a software vendor catering to tier two and three financial institutions. Wayne spent his first 21 years in this industry in various executive roles, both domestically and internationally, with Systematics which became ALLTEL Information Services and is now Fidelity Information Services. |
Blair Goulet, President, Open Solutions Canada Mr. Goulet joined Open Solutions Canada from SOLCORP, the financial services software division of EDS, where he spent the past four years in various senior executive positions. Most recently, he held the position of senior vice president of strategy and operations. In this role, he was responsible for corporate strategy, product strategy, corporate marketing, HR, finance and operations. His previous experience also includes more than 15 years of various senior management positions at Xerox and the vice presidency of sales and marketing for a public wireless data communications software and solutions company.
Mr. Goulet holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Saskatchewan and has completed executive and non-degree programs at The Wharton School, Kellogg Graduate School of Management and the University of Chicago Graduate Business School. Mr. Goulet is active in the community and has sat on the boards of such organizations as Ronald McDonald House and Junior Achievement. |

Michael Kelso General Manager, Payment Solutions Group Mr. Kelso joined Open Solutions Canada after spending 14 years as a partner of TCS (Canada) Limited. At TCS, he built the company from a start-up to become the largest ATM network in Canada and a major supplier of transaction delivery software around the world. He lead product development, sales, and operations, heading a staff of over 80 technologists in building and deploying transaction processing systems for major banks.
Mr. Kelso has headed the Payment Solutions Group since it was formed and has overseen its continued growth and market leadership. |
Elliott Lipsey General Manager, Banking Solutions Group Mr. Lipsey joined Open Solutions Canada in 2003, bringing with him a broad range of experience and expertise gained through over 23 years of management and senior executive roles in high-growth, competitive business environments. Prior to his promotion to general manager of the Banking Solutions Group, he held the position of vice president and national sales manager, with responsibility for all client-facing functions in the banking division. Mr. Lipsey has a proven track record in leading winning teams in sales, marketing and professional services in the high-tech industry, having held positions in several of the world’s largest and most successful organizations, including IBM, Oracle Corporation, EMC and their respective resellers. In addition, he has a strong background in building strategic alliances, partner programs and business development for both early-stage and established technology companies. Mr. Lipsey came to Open Solutions Canada from a private consulting group providing services to growing companies in BC, where his achievements included founding and launching "BC Can Connect" to represent industry stakeholders in the Silicon Valley. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from McGill University in Montreal.

Colin D. Brown Controller
Mr. Brown joined Open Solutions Canada in 1998, bringing with him an extensive range of analytical skills which he has applied in several positions culminating in his current role as controller. Prior to his promotion to controller, he held the positions of manager, financial analysis and assistant controller, participating in key finance projects and company acquisitions. He is a member of Financial Executives International, a leading association of 15,000 peers in public and private industry as well as academia. Mr. Brown received his CA designation in 1997, after articling with Arthur Andersen. A native of Manitoba, he is a 1992 graduate of the University of Manitoba, with a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) degree in Accounting. |
Heather Z. Dalcourt Vice President, Human Resources
Ms. Dalcourt joined Open Solutions Canada from the Canadian Venture Exchange (now the Toronto Venture Exchange, TSX), where she was vice president, human resources and administration. Prior to this she was vice president, human resources for Canadian operations of the Confederation Life Group of Companies and AVP, Human Resources for Citibank Canada (now Citigroup). Ms Dalcourt's experience spans all facets of human resource management and includes mergers, acquisitions and strategic change management.
Ms. Dalcourt holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of British Columbia and has participated in a strategic human resource management program at Harvard University. Fluent in French, she has enjoyed working across Canada and into the US. |
